As our plans and goals continue to grow, so too does our corporate family!  We are eagerly looking for a Franchise Development Regional Director for the PostNet brand, to join our team in Lakewood, Colorado.

This position is responsible for managing a pipeline of candidates through a Discovery Process, resulting in the issuance of a Franchise Agreement. This position makes effective use of leads generated from various franchising marketing channels as well as proactively networking to identify independent print/sign companies to target. Preference for hybrid in-office work in Denver, but we will consider fully remote candidates. This position reports to the VP Retail Network Development. 


WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU: 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Managing a pipeline of franchisee candidates from initial inquiry to closing, including conducting Discovery Days, facilitating meetings with stakeholders, and negotiating terms

  • Keeping up with extremely thorough, accurate, and timely documentation of records via Fran Connect (CRM) related to all candidates in the pipeline (must have extensive experience in some form of CRM)

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships while networking with broker systems, clearly communicating with potential franchisees, and working closely with legal counsel as needed

  • Attending trade shows to promote the PostNet brand, gather competitor insights, and network within the ever changing industry

  • Achieving key metrics associated with annual Franchise Development growth plans


WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE: 

Qualifications

  • MINIMUM 3+ years of successful Franchise Sales experience

  • Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity, effectiveness, and absolute alignment with PostNet brand messaging no matter the receiver of said communication

  • Proactive and consultative sales approach to pursuing new franchise opportunities and anticipating market trends

  • Excellent interviewing, interpersonal, and public speaking skills with an outstanding ability to collaborate and be a team player 

  • Strong financial acumen and accounting expertise, coupled with an entrepreneurial attitude of innovation, resilience, self-motivation, and overall vision

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Annual base salary in the $65,000 to 75,000 range based on experience

  • Individual performance-based bonus/commissions up to 100% of your annual salary.
